R&K was contracted by Lorenzo LLC. for a new apartment complex in Festus, MO. Our scope of work includes site clearing & grubbing, drilling & blasting, mass grading, on-site rock crushing, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water main, and finish grading.

R&K was contracted as the General Contractor by Festus Commons, LLC for the new commercial development in Festus, Mo. This scope of work includes 24 acres of clearing & grubbing, drilling & blasting 130,000 cubic yards, and 210,000 cubic yards of material to be moved. Storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and water-main are to be installed by R&K. Also included in the scope of work will be on-site rock crushing, site retaining walls, curb & gutter, and asphalt paving.
