Accounts Payable Clerk

R&K Excavation is looking for an individual to assist full-time with Accounts Payable. This individual should be eager to learn, work efficiently, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is scheduled for Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at our Headquarters in Bloomsdale, MO. Salary is $13.00-$15.00/hour based on qualifications.

Job Description:

Receive and Process Credit Card Receipts and Transactions
Process Credit Card Bills
Maintain SharePoint Accounting Folder
Work closely with Project Management Team on Invoice Approvals
Receive and Process Incoming Payable Invoices into Sage Accounting System

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of an Accounting Software System; Knowledge of Sage 300 Software is a Plus
Knowledge of Adobe Pro Software
High School Diploma
