Scope: R&K EXC performed the sitework package for the new construction of a Menards in Terre Haute, IN. We self-performed all clearing & grubbing, mass grading (+/- 110,000 CY), value engineered French-drain system, storm sewers, soil stabilization, parking lot base rock installation and finish grading.
