Pang Apartments
R&K Excavation was contracted to perform turn-key site improvements for Pang Apartment Complex in Farmington, MO. Scope of work included clearing, grading, and site utilities.
Stoney Pines
R&K was contracted by Lorenzo LLC. for a new apartment complex in Barnhart, MO. Our scope of work included site clearing & grubbing, drilling & blasting, site grading, on-site rock crushing, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water main, and finish grading.
Perryville,MO Wastewater Treatment Plant
R&K was chosen to perform the site work & underground piping for the new addition to the Perryville public wastewater treatment plant. The new addition will service the community of Perryville for the next 50 plus years. R&K was subcontracted by Robinson Construction to complete the project. The scope of work included Preliminary Site Grading, Drill & Blast of approximately 40,000 yards of limestone, Site Grading & Mass Excavation, Onsite crushing of limestone, Structural Subgrade Preparation, Structural Backfill, Final Grading, Storm Sewer, Over 5000 ft. Ductile Iron Sewer Piping (4” to 36”), Ductile Iron Drainage Piping, Site Water and Under Slab Concrete Encasement.
Isla del Sol
This project was necessary to support R&K’s sister company, FPI, as it prepared an island in the Lake of the Ozarks for condominium construction. R&K prepared the site for construction by breaking rock and excavating for the building pads, crushing the rock to make backfill for on-site construction, and then constructing a 23’ high Redi-Rock wall around a tight radius on the island. R&K continues to support the project as each building nears completion. Utility work included installation of water and sewer lines and grading to handle stormwater runoff.
Dry Fork Meadows
R&K Excavation was contracted by EllDev, LLC. to develop and improve 27 residential lots in Imperial, MO.
Marriott Lane Road Improvement
R&K Excavation was contracted by David Mangelsdorf for the Marriott Lane Road Improvements project in Barnhart, MO.
Sugar Creek Apartments
R&K was contracted by Lorenzo LLC. for a new apartment complex in High Ridge, MO. Our scope of work includes drilling & blasting, site grading, sanitary sewers, water main, and finish grading.
Pine Trails
R&K Excavation was contracted by Farmington Pine Street Property to perform the site work, SWPP, demolition and paving for a new residential project to service a 50 lot subdivision and villa complex.
Comtrea
R&K was contracted by Comtrea Health Center for a new location in Jefferson County, MO. Our scope of work includes site demo, clearing & grinding of trees, site grading, storm sewers, SWPP , and finish grading.
Birchwood
Birchwood is a G’Sell Contracting residential development located in Festus, MO. This scope of work include 70 Acres, 40 of which are being developed into 178 building lots. The job site has 175,000 cubic yards of rock to blast and 300,000 cubic yards of material moved in total. Storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and water-main are to be installed by R&K Excavation.
